BENTOBOND® product range, selectively mined at our Kutch deposit ensures mineralogical purity and consistently high cation exchange capacity which directly benefit the foundry processes. BENTOBOND® series is a popular binder since the mineral can withstand high temperatures. Its unique properties are designed to meet the requirements in all types of greensand moulding systems, especially high pressure moulding lines and deep drawn castings.

BENTOBOND® 500 is a  sodium Bentonite with high swelling and bonding properties. The unique properties of BENTOBOND® 500 yield green sand moulds with good flowability, compactability and thermal stability for the production of high quality castings even at high temperatures.

BENTOBOND® 700 is high-quality, precisely prepared with a blend of high grade natural sodium and calcium bentonite ideally suited for use with high pressure automated moulding lines. BENTOBOND® 700 imparts  excellent  dried  and  fired  strengths to molding sand where high temperature pouring or firing occurs. BENTOBOND® 700 provides quality castings with substantial reduction in losses, excellent finishing, and surface casting  at the lowest possible cost.
